Aeroflex Colorado Springs is producing the UT699 LEON3FT/SPARC V8 Microprocessor based on Aeroflex Gaisler IP cores. The UT699 device is manufactured on a 0.25 um radiation-tolerant CMOS process.
The UT699 microprocessor is immediately available to SMD 5962-08228, QML Q and V, withstanding 100 krad to 300 krad(Si).

Development board, tools and compilers
Aeroflex Gaisler provides the GR-CPCI-UT699 Development Board for prototyping and software development, together with development tools such as the TSIM instruction simulator and the GRMON software debugger, and various compilers and operating systems.
